The Milligan Memorial Pipe Band is a community Bagpipe and Drum Band, based at the Royal Canadian Legion # 1/42 (Baron Byng), in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The Legion is located at 243 Coxwell Avenue, on the east side, just south of Gerrard Street, (in the Beach neighbourhood).
