WASHINGTON (ABC7) — A firefighter who has brought a lot of joy with his bagpipes made a stop outside the U.S. Capitol Christmas evening.

Jim Mazzara is caught on video playing ‘Jingle Bells’ on the bagpipes, with the Christmas tree and U.S. Capitol building behind him.
