My name is Hazel Stewart. I am one of the last authentic hand sewn kilt makers left in the world. I was born in Elgin, Scotland and immigrated to the U.S. in 1968 with my family. My mother and father have instilled in me the importance of my Scottish Heritage. My mother is Ann Stewart, a world-renowned Kiltmaker. My father is Ronald Stewart, master woodworker, musician and orator. My Mom and Dad have retired and I have decided to carry on the family business as Kiltshop.com.

We work hard to bring you authentic products imported from Scotland and Ireland. It takes countless hours for us to source quality goods. We have made time to visit several tartan mills and other manufacturers in Scotland. It was enlightening seeing how many steps, people and machinery are required to weave tartan fabric in traditional way they had been doing it for years.
